the book was terrible. i being a twelve year old, found the content to be incredibly inappropriate and stupid. she was way too informative, and lame. the book wasn't worth the two dollars i got it discounted for (yay salvation army!). don't waste precious minutes or even a penny reading this lame excuse for a book. i look at her in a completely different way. i mean, sure, she already sucks as a teacher, but to display your lack of knowlege for the whole world is sad. ps. ditch the skull jacket and pigtails.Product details

What incredible drivel. The subject matter obviously is autobiographical . . . which, in many cases, can be riveting reading. However, with "Maybe Later," it's obvious that the author has lived a life only she could ever construe as interesting. The writing skills are so poor that one wonders how the author could be teaching English to America's youth, when it is apparent that a basic high school writing class is what she needs to attend. I have reviewed over 2,200 books in my career and this is, by far, the worst. Don't waste your money on this juvenile trash.
Becky is a great authorand a great 5th grade
(sadly she had to teach H.S) English teacher. I think her book is really great!!!!!!!! Everyone should read this book!!!!!!!

I don't know what the heck that last reviewer is talking about. I don't care how many books you've reviewed in your career, you're just another lame critic who thinks they know everything. Apparently, the only way you know how to make yourself feel good is by putting other people down. Try writing a book yourself you #$%#ing hypocrite. Anyway, I have read this book and think it is quite fascinating. It seems the story may be autobiographical with some added detail. For a first time author, it is very well done and I like that it's not too long. It's a fast paced book that every young woman can relate to. In the end, the reader is left satisfied yet there is still that cliffhanger. Where will Joy's search of the perfect love lead her next? So, read and decide for yourself.
